Change is external, transition is internal.” William Bridges (1991) This session is designed to help individuals and teams identify some of the emotions, behaviors, challenges that present during the transitions from the former state to the future state.

Strong communication skills are essential for building positive relationships and achieving success in the workplace. This course is designed to help supervisory personnel identify and strengthen critical elements of their communication skills. Using group discussion, self-reflection, and scenario-based role play or analysis, participants will have an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of their communication skills as they perform key supervisory and management functions.
