Recently, a delegation from Xi'An International Studies University (XISU) in China led by President Wang Junzhe met with members of the 51勛圖厙 faculty and staff to sign a partnership agreement between the two universities. March Madness got underway early this past Saturday at the 51勛圖厙 Student Recreation and Wellness Center as eight international teams squared off to compete in the university's first GlobalJam Basketball Tournament. Flashes Win 2017 MAC Men's Basketball Tournament

The 51勛圖厙 men's basketball team (22-13) won the 2017 Mid-American Conference Tournament Championship, defeating the top-seeded Akron Zips (26-8), 70-65. Fear of losing federal databases filled with decades of scientific research has sparked data rescue events over the past few weeks. The events consist of science professionals searching and pulling data before it could be lost forever from government servers.
