Virtual Events Promote Peace, Anti-Racism as 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Marks the Annual Commemoration of May 4, 1970
To honor and remember the events that occurred on May 4, 1970, virtual events and exhibits hosted by 51³Ô¹ÏÍø students, faculty and staff are scheduled from April 30 through May 4. The virtual events include several powerful speakers and events that promote peace and anti-racism and educate future students about the legacy of May 4, 1970.

The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø College of Business Administration’s Online MBA ranks No. 35 in the nation in Fortune’s Best Online MBA Programs 2021 ranking released this week.

Governor Names Pamela E. Bobst to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Board of Trustees
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Pamela E. Bobst of Rocky River, Ohio, to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Board of Trustees. She succeeds former Board Chair and Trustee Ralph M. Della Ratta, and she will serve through May 16, 2030.

The state of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Higher Education announced that 51³Ô¹ÏÍø has been awarded Choose Ohio First grants totaling $3.5 million to support students in the critical fields of science (including health professions), technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Kent Fire Department to Perform Annual Prairie Burn
The protected prairie surrounding 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Wednesday, April 28, starting around 9 a.m. to allow for new growth during the summer season.
