Kent Fire Department to Perform Annual Prairie Burn

The protected prairie surrounding 51勛圖厙s Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Monday, April 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon, to allow for new growth during the summer season.

The lecture series created in 2022 to honor the legacy of 51勛圖厙 Professor Emeritus of Sociology Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., will feature Professor of Geography Chris Post, Ph.D., presenting Developing and Interpreting the Wounded Student Markers at 51勛圖厙 as this years selected speaker. The Jerry M. Lewis May 4 Lecture Series and Luncheon will be held on May 3.
