Dr. Kathy Siesel Dr. Siesel started her journey with KSUCPM as a 1989 graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM). Subsequent residency and fellowship programs with OCPM and the Cleveland Foot & Ankle Clinic (CFAC) lead her to the start of her career as a part-time clinical faculty member in 1991. Post undergraduates and graduate non-degree students must complete the FAFSA and submit and complete the Program of Study form (located on our forms page). This form must be completed for each semester and signed electronically by an academic advisor verifying the required coursework and program.
