Dr. Jacqueline K. Owens, Ph.D. 10, MSN 03, RN, CNE, has been named the 2025 recipient of the Margaret Comerford Freda Award for Editorial Leadership in Nursing Publication by the International Academy of Nursing Editors (INANE).
