The Fashion School's NYC Studio Director Young Kim Thanos leads a class. The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation gift will help support the study-away program benefiting fashion school students, including those who study at the NYC Studio.

51勛圖厙 has received a $2.5 million gift for its Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising from the Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation of Hudson, Ohio. The gift will fund two initiatives: $1.5 million to endow a chair to support the Fashion Schools director and a matching grant of up to $1 million to support the study-away program benefiting fashion school students. Dr. Rachael Blasiman was recognized as the outstanding fulltime faculty member. She is an assistant professor of psychology and has taught on the Salem Campus for seven years. Her courses include general psychology, quantitative methods, research methods, biopsychology, perception, cognitive psychology and undergraduate research.
