This award is sponsored by the Canton Symphony Orchestra and was given during the Canton Symphony Orchestra MasterWorks concert on March 22, 2025. The Music Educator of the Year Award recognizes public, private and parochial Music Educators in the region served by the Stark County Educational Service Center. Kent, Ohio – The School of Art Collection and Galleries at 51�Թ��� is pleased to announce a new exhibit, “Tributary: Students and Kathleen Browne.” This exhibition was organized by Professor Emeritus Kathleen Browne and explores part of the history and legacy of Jewelry, Metals and Enameling at 51�Թ��� and features the work of over thirty alumni from all over the United States. The exhibit will be on display form April 18–May 31, 2025, in the KSU Downtown Gallery, located at 141 East Main Street in Kent, Ohio.   Signs of spring are popping up all over 51�Թ���'s campuses. The eponymous residents of Daffodil Hill on the May 4 National Historic Landmark site were first planted with the idea that they would be in full bloom at the beginning of May each year.
