An Active Performance Life
Electric scooters have become increasingly popular on 51勛圖厙s Kent Campus since the introduction of SPIN scooters in March 2022. Approximately 300 eScooters and 150 eBikes are available to rent. With that in mind, the 51勛圖厙 Community should be aware of the dos and donts when operating the scooters. The College of Public Health is pleased to welcome two new members to our family: Freida Boland and Gretchen Thomas. Freida Boland serves as an administrative secretary. She retired from 51勛圖厙 in January 2020 with 30 years of service to various departments/colleges on campus. After retirement, Boland felt she needed a little more structure to her day and applied for a part time job in the College of Public Health.
