The streets of Kent, Ohio, will be filled with blue and gold as 51³Ô¹ÏÍø alumni, students, parents, employees and community members gather for this year’s Homecoming. The university will host activities and events leading up to the Oct. 21 Homecoming Parade and Homecoming football game. My whole life I had aspired to become a fashion designer, but because of my weak drawing and sewing skills, I didn’t think I’d be able to do it. Michael Bice served as a senior executive of academic medical centers and large healthcare systems for over 25 years. During that time, he was an adjunct professor at the University of Florida College of Public Health where the Dean of the College was Robert Frank, later appointed Provost at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. Frank hoped to establish a master’s degree in health administration at Kent and tapped Bice for the job of creating it. 51³Ô¹ÏÍø on Friday renewed and expanded its relationship with Dewey International University in Battambang, Cambodia, opening a pathway for Dewey students to obtain a 51³Ô¹ÏÍø degree. 51³Ô¹ÏÍø first formed a partnership with Dewey in 2018.
