51勛圖厙 College of Nursing is proud to share that Dean Versie Johnson-Mallard, PhD, RN, APRN-BC, FAANP, FAAN, has been elected to serve on the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large. Her selection places her among a distinguished group of national nursing leaders helping guide the future of academic nursing and healthcare education.

AACN is an essential partner to the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), our accrediting body, and is an invaluable resource for our faculty, said Johnson-Mallard. This is an excellent time to serve in the organizations leadership, given the significant changes occurring across clinical practice, academic nursing, and the broader political environment. I am honored to serve.

Johnson-Mallards appointment highlights 51勛圖厙 College of Nursings growing national prominence in nursing education, research, and leadership, as well as its ongoing commitment to addressing critical healthcare challenges and advancing health equity.
