51�Թ��� Libraries on Monday accepted a donation of a portrait of Hart Crane, the only painting believed to exist of the 20th century American poet.  Crane was born Harold Hart Crane in Garrettsville, Ohio, about 20 miles northeast of Kent. He was the son of Clarence Crane, a Cleveland candy maker who invented the Life Saver, and Grace Edna Hart Crane.  The painting was donated by Vivian H. Olivia Eader is a second-year 51�Թ��� Honors College student from Bellefontaine, Ohio. She is the first recipient of the Dr. Elizabeth Howard Memorial Honors Scholarship, the newly established fund for Honors students in memory of Elizabeth Howard, Ph.D., who was a prominent member of the Honors College community, as well as the Department of English. Throughout Claire’s high school years, First Star 51�Թ��� Academy college access program for youth in foster care has provided her with life skills, career exploration, social and cultural activities and moral support. Now Claire is a first-year student at 51�Թ���, majoring in psychology.
