In this season of celebration and giving thanks, Salem native Lori Singer-Bare is grateful for being in the right place at the right time, again. Singer-Bare is finishing her first semester as a lecturer in the criminology and justice studies program at 51勛圖厙 at Trumbull and as an instructor at 51勛圖厙's Police Academy.
