All students can drop off their outgoing mail and/or return packages via USPS, UPS, FedEx at the Eastway Center Services desk. Unfortunately, we cant accept Amazon returns. Check out for more information on retuning items.
The Amazon lockers are managed by Amazon and can be used by all students. Please visit for information about the Amazon locker.
The Eastway Distribution Center manages the distribution and delivery of residence hall student packages and mail therefore, only students living in the resident halls may use the Distribution Center.

You will receive an email from "donotreply@kent.edu" notifying you that your package and/or mail is ready for pickup. The email will include detailed pickup information. Please follow those directions when picking up your package/mail.

Residence hall students have 24/7 access to packages delivered to lockers located in the Eastway Distribution Center. Oversized, (packages that dont fit in lockers), overflow packages, and mail can be picked up at the Eastway Distribution Center desk . The distribution desk is located right next to the lockers (across from Metro Deli). The distribution desk is open between 9 a.m. and 8皰.m. Monday Friday.
