Recovery & Routine Workshop: Build Your Reset Plan

A workshop to help students build a routine that supports their recovery, well-being, and academic goals. In this interactive workshop, students will create a personalized reset plan that includes time for classes, sleep, physical activity, recovery support, social connection, and fun. Participants will leave with a practical written schedule they can use throughout the semester.
